Volunteer Application Online Link

Hello Everyone,

Here is a link to submit your volunteer application online.

Also here is a link to fill out you Volunteer information page to print and to send in to the school. 

We will also need a copy of your valid FL. driver’s license and when you do receive your volunteer card in the mail we will need a copy of that as well

Please make sure that you check the box and put the date that you have submitted you online application..

Volunteers who have completed their volunteer application and can provide the front office staff with a valid Florida Drivers license will be allowed to volunteer in the school under the supervision of the staff.

However this does not include field trips, any person chaperoning must still have a valid Duval County Volunteer card per Duval County Policy.

Teachers Request for Volunteers

With the start of the New Year we are hoping to recruit volunteers to help our teachers in their class rooms.       Here are a few of the requests that have been submitted by our teachers.

Needs a volunteer on the days and times listed below:

Tuesday 9:30 am to 12:00pm

Thursday 9:30am to 12:00pm

 Listed below are the areas that volunteers are needed:

• Reading
• Help with computer lab days from 1:20pm to 2:00pm
• Make bulletin boards, posters, displays
• Work with individual students
• Mailing
• Chaperon field trips

Mrs. McConaughey

4th Grade #205

Needs a volunteer daily from 8:45am to 9:15am

Listed below are the areas that a volunteer is needed:

• Special Projects 
• Tutor
• Reading/ Language Arts
• Make bulletin boards, posters & displays
• Help with setting up or assist in learning centers
